Chuck possesses expertise in high deductible health plans, health savings accounts and medical and group benefits plan design and implementation. He creates custom strategic initiatives to help employers control their benefit costs and improve administrative efficiencies. Chuck’s expertise has led to numerous speaking engagements in the areas of benefit strategies, health care reform, consumer driven health plans, health savings accounts and insurance industry trends.
Experience:
Chuck joined the Employee Benefits division of Lawley in 2001 as a partner. With more than 25 years working in the employee benefits and insurance industry, Chuck’s benefits consulting expertise includes the critical areas of health care reform and compliance. He provides employers with the education, guidance, tools, alternatives and recommendations to remain compliant. As a partner, Chuck owns the oversight, development and mentoring of the benefits sales professionals.
Prior to joining Lawley in 2001, Chuck was a consultant for a benefits administration firm where he specialized in the design and implementation of cafeteria plans.
