John provides clients with comprehensive solutions and strategic initiatives to enhance their employee benefits program while meeting their unique needs. He works closely with employers to understand their business and build a comprehensive program that results in the most cost-effective alternatives and administrative efficiencies.

John specializes in delivering health care solutions to Western New York manufacturers with solutions like consortiums, captives and trusts.

Experience:

Prior to joining the Employee Benefits division of Lawley in 2003, John worked at P&A Group as an employee benefits consultant.

B.A. in Marketing, Canisius College

John is a board member of the Academy Place Advisory Council and League for the Handicapped in Springville, NY.
