Paul has developed expertise in the public sector through his experience with major insurance carriers and continuing education. Major clients include public benefit corporations, utilities, municipal governments and school districts. His involvement includes the negotiations in developing insurance programs and providing comprehensive service plans for his clients.

Experience:

After holding various underwriting positions for 10 years with major insurance carriers Paul joined Lawley in 1978. He has been involved in both the design of insurance programs and administration of public sector risk management programs.  As a result, Lawley has secured an extensive clientele and is recognized as an expert in this specialized area.
