Experience:

Maureen Arndt joined LBG as a Client Service Specialist in September 2008.  Maureen has over 25 years of experience in insurance and employee benefits.  Currently, she accomplishes our customer service objectives by overseeing and mentoring a team of Client Service Specialists.   She also provides expertise in plan implementation, annual renewals and open enrollment. Maureen has extensive outside sales and management experience.  She previously worked for both BlueCross BlueShield of WNY and Univera.
