Mary Lester Client Relationship Manager

About:

Mary joined Lawley Benefits Group in 2001.  As a client relationship manager, Mary has a leadership role in managing all aspects of servicing for the key account market segment.  This includes benefit plan design, claims analysis, reporting, implementation, carrier communication, compliance and more.  She works closely with her clients to develop strategies to meet their strategic goals and objectives.

Experience:

Mary’s career in the healthcare industry began in 1993.  She worked for one of Northeast’s largest third party administrators, with a focus on managing large self-insured medical and dental plans on a national level.  Mary has extensive experience managing the installation and reporting of medical, prescription and dental plans.
