Kathy is responsible for reporting first notice of claims to the insurance carriers. Her knowledge helps her counsel clients on coverages and procedural steps in claim submissions. She is actively involved in monitoring claims to ensure proper handling and efficient settlements. Her experiences have given her the ability to review claims and negotiate favorable resolutions on questionable denials.

She joined Lawley in 1988 starting out in our Personal Insurance Claims Department and was promoted to Commercial Insurance Claims. Her many years of claim handling and insurance coverage knowledge make Kathy proficient in handling claims for our large lines accounts.

Kathy holds a New York State Brokers License.
