Kim bring almost 20 years of employee benefits experience to Lawley, where she joined in early 2016.

Experience:

With over 15 years of industry experience, Kim’s primary focus is in the design and implementation of value based benefit programs that truly mitigate, not transfer risk. Kim specializes in advanced design and funding approaches for group medical, dental, disability and life insurance programs – including the appropriate uses of HRA/HSA’s,FSA programs.
