About:
Working with teams across NY, NJ & CT, a large portion of Jamie’s responsibility is providing motivation, training and direction for her teams and creating an environment that focuses on both our clients and employees. Her primary focus is supporting a culture that enhances the Lawley values, which results in exceptional customer service.
Experience:
Jamie began her carreer in 1998 with Costello, Dreher, Kaiser Insurance Agency as a Receptionist and then as an Account Manager. The agency merged with First Niagara Risk Management in 2003 and in 2008 Jamie was promoted to Personal Insurance Operations Manager. In 2011 Jamie joined the Lawley team.
Accreditations:
In addition to holding a New York State Property & Casualty Brokers License, Jamie is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance – Management (AAI-M) and has earned the AIS designation (Associate in Insurance Services).
Industry Affiliations:
Jamie was selected for and served as Co-Chair of the Travelers Personal Lines Producer Council.
Community and Pro Bono:
Jamie is a mother of 2 children and actively participates in various school and other events.
