Kathy, Workers Compensation Administrator, joined Lawley in August 2014 in the Claims Management Department handling First Aid claims under Section 110 of the NYS Workers Compensation Law for all branches.  Kathy is responsible for handling self-pay small medical-only claims that would otherwise impact our client’s experience modification.  Kathy has developed a rapport with our clients and has developed a very positive working relationship.
