Amy is responsible for acting as a liaison between Lawley, insurance carriers and commercial insurance clients. She calculates, analyzes and articulates experience modification factors and manages the impact to clients. Amy also provides cost projection analysis, open claim monitoring, reviewing, auditing and coordination of loss prevention and mitigation programs. She also offers education and training for clients on workers compensation subjects and experience rating issues.

Amy’s insurance career began in 1996 as a Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Claims Representative for Travelers. She has also worked for Delaware North and ElderWood Senior Care in their risk management departments. Most recently she worked as a Remote Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner where she was dedicated to four national accounts for Sedgwick. Amy’s 15+ years of experience bring her expertise in workers’ compensation and general liability.
