Experience:

Andy has been in the insurance industry since 1990 and has focused on captive insurance solutions for the last 14 years while working at Gernold Agency and First Niagara.  Andy has been working at Lawley since 2011. Andy has helped over 80 U.S. businesses qualify and join captives. Of those businesses, over 95% are still active participants in their captive.
