About:

Carol’s mission is to provide the most complete and comprehensive insurance program for Lawley’s clients that will provide protection against catastrophic losses for property as well as loss of life.

Experience:

Carol has 38 years in the insurance industry.  She started in 1977 part time with Miller & Waterhouse as a receptionist.  She then went on to become an account manager from 1982 to 1988. She then took over the position as their bookkeeper.

Carol then received her Property Casualty Brokers License in 1988 and her Life, Accident and Health License in 1995.  She also worked as backup for the Life Insurance Representative, worked in the Commercial Insurance Department as a Large Account Placement Representative and then finally moved into Personal Insurance.

In 2010, she became a Personal Insurance Account Manager at Lawley Dunkirk.

Community and Pro Bono:

Carol has served as the Secretary‐Treasurer for the Silver Creek Jayncees and of the Dunkirk BPW Organization.
