About:
Catrina joined Lawley in 2012 as an Account Manager for the Buffalo office and has recently transitioned to Rochester this past year. She is passionate about her clients understanding the value of how the insurance products we offer will benefit them in the event of a loss. She prides herself on the ability to explain coverage options in a way that is easy to understand, in order to help her clients make informed decisions while protecting their families most valuable assets.
Experience:
Catrina began her career at Geico in 2006. Utilizing the knowledge and skills she obtained with a direct writer, she advanced her career and joined First Niagara Risk Management in 2009, specializing in Personal Insurance sales and service. She was able to manage a large book of business and build many lasting client relationships that she has retained to date.
Accreditations:
Catrina holds her NYS Brokers License, attends continuing educations courses to further her knowledge, and is currently working toward her ACSR and AAI designations.
Community and Pro Bono:
In the past she has worked on the Employee Volunteer Committee which has led to a love for community involvement and helping others. She has participated in several events and volunteers her time to many organizations.
