Joan is the contact person for large commercial accounts. Her focus is working directly with her clients on a daily basis, providing overall management of their insurance program. In 2012 Joan was named team coordinator for the Buffalo large account team. She is dedicated to maintaining exceptional client service.

Experience:

In 1982 Joan represented John Hancock in the life insurance business. In 1987 she focused her career on commercial property and casualty insurance, joining Lawley in 2003 as an account manager. Her strength is her passion and dedication to service.
