About:

Jody has been working in the Personal Insurance field for 27 years. She began as a receptionist and then, over 19 years, worked her way to being a Customer Service Representative. She then transferred into the agency side of the business in 2007.  In 2013, Jody joined the Lawley team as a Personal Insurance Account Manager and has now become a Prestige Account Technician.

Jody specializes in the customer service field for Lawley’s Personal Insurance team.  She is now in a technical position where she checks the new business and renewals as they come in.  Jody also works to process the changes the carriers and builds a great working relationship across the marketplace.  She is in charge of checking the policies and changes for accuracy.  In additon, Jody has also been in an account manager role,  so she understands the entire process of insuring a customer, which benefits her clients and entire department.
