About:
Jonathan is responsible for client claim management exposure evaluations and makes recommendations to reduce claim costs impacting the client’s cost of risk. He continues to support our clients by managing claim oversight among carriers, third party administrators and self-insured clients. He conducts experience modification reviews and trending analysis. He also provides claims reviews, presentations and training to our clients.
Experience:
Jonathan began his career in insurance in 1989 as a medical analyst. He has worked as a Field Compensability Investigator, a Hearing Representative, Settlement Specialist and Senior Claims Adjuster. He has diverse claims experience with expertise in NYS WC Law and strong litigation management skills. He drives significant reserve savings, contains/mitigates costs, and effectively interfaces with medical providers, attorneys, judges, investigators, nurse case managers, supervisors, clients, employers and auditors. He has worked for several major carriers.
