Mike has been working the sales field since 2010. He joined the Employee Benefits division of Lawley in early 2014. His expertise in construction and municipalities has made him a valuable resource for Buffalo and WNY companies to better understand their employee benefits needs.

He possesses expertise in a wide range of employee benefit products and services, and customizes specific initiatives and cost-effective strategies for employers.
