About:

Nancy is responsible for servicing large commercial accounts. She is instrumental in maintaining relationships with our clients by providing overall management of their insurance program. Nancy continually evaluates exposures and monitors all significant issues and is readily accessible. She is dedicated to maintaining established service timelines to ensure exceptional client service.

Experience:

Nancy started in insurance in 1979 and joined Lawley in 1992. During her career she has committed herself to customer service excellence and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial insurance. Her dedication to continuous education allows her to provide valuable guidance in all areas of insurance.

New York State Brokers License

Commercial Lines Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor issued by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research

Education:

Nancy holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College. She holds the following designations: New York State Brokers License, Commercial Lines Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor, issued by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.

Community and Pro Bono:

Nancy is on the Finance Committee for Aids Community Service, a member of St. Martha Parish in Depew and is involved in the Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
