About:
As director of personal insurance, Paul is responsible for a team of more than 40 people spread across all of our locations. His 30+ years of experience in the industry have given him expertise in personal insurance, personal asset protection for affluent families and business owners, risk management and group personal excess.
Experience:
Paul began his insurance career in 1979 with Kaiser Agency, Inc. after attending Syracuse University. In 1988 Paul acquired ownership of the Kaiser Agency and merged with Costello Agency, forming Costello, Dreher, Kaiser Insurance Corp. In July 2003 he merged with First Niagara Risk Management, Inc. as Executive Vice President. In 2011 he joined Lawley as Director of Personal Lines.

Paul is past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Monroe County and currently serves on the National Producers Council for Kemper Preferred
He formerly served on the Board of Directors for the West Irondequoit Foundation, the Travelers Insurance Company’s National Personal Lines Producers Council and the Greens Committee of Ridgemont Country Club
Paul has been associated with various youth hockey and soccer programs in the Rochester area as a coach for over 10 years and has obtained the Advanced Coaching Certification from USA Hockey
