About:

Vicki is responsible for servicing the large commercial accounts along with managing the Rochester commercial lines department. Vicki leads and motivates all members of the team to bring about the greatest value to our customers. She is dedicated to developing relationships with each assigned client and focus on maintaining established timelines to ensure exceptional service to our customers.

Experience:

She started in the insurance industry in 1987 and joined Andolina Insurance Agency in 1992 as a commercial lines account manager. In 1999 Vicki joined Lawley Insurance with the merger of Andolina Insurance Agency as a commercial lines senior account manager and team leader.
