Position Focus:

• Client advocate/liaison between the agency, carriers and clients, maintaining effective working relationships
• Provide face to face claim reviews with clients, identifying risk areas and cross selling as appropriate
• Provide loss run analysis including monitoring of open claims and experience modification impact
• Initiate claim settlements
• Perform experience mod analysis
• Perform Workers’ Compensation claim audits
• GL Claim Handling experience
• Participate in team presentations to current and potential clients
• Support all Risk Management initiatives, as guided by Lawley values, sales culture and scorecard

Successful candidates ideally possess:

• At least 5 years of  experience in a similar or related position
• Adjuster license preferred (NY and other states)
• Current relevant knowledge of workers’ compensation, claims adjustment and evaluation processes
• Ability to learn/understand and articulate experience modification analysis to clients and producers
• Face to face client interaction experience
• Microsoft Office experience and skills are a must; EPIC experience preferred
• Independence and ability to function well on a team
• Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• Property/Casualty license and/or claims-related designation preferred
• Open to continuing education, Associate degree or higher preferred
• Positive attitude, even in a fast paced environment
• A need to make customers and coworkers feel important and valued
• Ability to effectively multi-task,  work quickly and efficiently
• Methodical, yet swift decision making skills
• Precise verbal and written communication skills, even under time constraints
