New York Paid Family Leave Law
The New York Paid Family Leave Law is an amendment to New York’s Disability Benefits Law and establishes the Paid Family Leave (PFL) Program for eligible New York workers. This program provides wage replacement and job protection to eligible workers for bonding with a new child, caring for a family member with a serious health condition, or assisting when a family member is deployed abroad on active military duty.
